Response time: We usually reply within 1–2 working days. (Mon–Fri)
Shipping: We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Please allow additional time during busy periods.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £85. Orders below this threshold will be charged a standard shipping rate at checkout.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed after 12pm or over the weekend will be processed the next working day.
