Shipping Policy (UK)

This policy explains how shipping works for orders placed at Old Novo.
Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
During launches and busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer, if so, we’ll keep you updated.
UK delivery (Royal Mail)
All UK orders are shipped via:

Royal Mail Tracked 48 (typically 2–3 business days after dispatch)
Tracking
You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking details once your order leaves us.
Pre-orders
If an item is pre-order, the product page will show an estimated dispatch window
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we typically ship everything together once the pre-order is ready, unless you place separate orders.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.
If you spot a mistake, contact us ASAP at matt@oldnovo.com with your order number.
If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the address.
Missed deliveries / returned parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because:

the address provided was incorrect, or
-
delivery was unsuccessful and the parcel wasn’t collected,
we can re-ship it (additional shipping charges may apply) or refund the item(s) minus the original shipping cost.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Once parcels are with Royal Mail, occasional delays can happen (especially around peak periods).
If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable time, email matt@oldnovo.com with your order number and we’ll help.
