Old Novo “RG” Striped Rugby Jersey (Crimson, Cream & Black)
The RG is our everyday take on a classic striped rugby shirt — heritage in the details, modern in the finish. Inspired by the colours I grew up with in Newcastle, re-engineered so it doesn’t feel like a replica.

Size guide (chest inches)
Small - 34-36in
Medium - 38-40in
Large - 42 - 44in
XLarge - 46 - 48in
XXLarge - 50 - 52 inch
The pit to pit measurement is roughly half of the higher chest measurement. For example, a Large jersey would measure roughly 22" pit to pit.
If you are between sizes, we would recommend to size up.
FAQ
Is the RG jersey yarn-dyed or printed?
Yarn-dyed. The colour is in the yarn and the stripe pattern is knitted in, not printed.
What does “engineered stripe placement” mean?
Each size uses a mapped knit layout so the stripe lands consistently across sizes, rather than shifting randomly as the garment scales.
Is the RG jersey true to size?
It’s a traditional standard fit with a longer body. If you’re between sizes, size up for a roomier fit.
Will it shrink?
A little natural shrink is normal after a few washes. Cold wash + air dry keeps the fit roomier.
Is it officially connected to RGS?
No — it’s colour-inspired, not official or endorsed.
